Refund policy

At CNTH (APEIRO BIO SCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED), we prioritise product quality and consumer safety in our nutraceutical offerings.

Due to the sensitive nature of health supplements, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us at apeirobiosciences@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason, including photos if applicable.

We will inspect the product upon receipt at our warehouse and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method (minus any shipping, handling, or restocking fees of up to 10% of the product value) within 10-14 business days.

Opened, used, or tampered products are non-returnable and non-refundable to prevent contamination risks and ensure hygiene compliance with FSSAI standards. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., manufacturing errors or shipping damage), report within 48 hours of delivery with evidence, and we will replace the product free of charge or refund the full amount, including shipping, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with efficacy—please review ingredients and consult a healthcare professional before purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on apeirobiosciences@gmail.com

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds exclude any promotional discounts, gift cards, or taxes where applicable.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and e-Commerce Rules, 2020; disputes are governed by Mumbai courts. Our aim is fairness, but we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond verified product defects.
